The pilot INSANE Festival was a series of arts-focused events, activities and well-being workshops designed for young people to enjoy during Mental Health Awareness Week 2023.

We are so lucky to have opportunities like this available to us that tackle such important mental health issues. We had great fun in the drum session and enjoyed working together as a family and learning new skills. The highlight of our day was the play ‘Sickkk Icarus’.”
